A Good Quote

This project was completed for Introduction to Typography. In this project we were to illustrate a famous quote using placement and size of type along with color. The type used was handmade. This was done by stamping with cork using black paint. (I had cut letters out of them) Only color adjustments, flip/reflect and sizing were applied to the stamped lettering. My appreciation of Saul Bass's work was an inspiration to this piece with a slight twist.
