Shining Light on Typographic Terms

This project was completed for Introduction to Graphic Design. In this project we were to create a dictionary that could be used to reference typographic terms. We had to chose a concept and maintain the concept throughout the mini dictionary. This was a 35 page dictionary with two pages per term. For each term we were to include a definition, silly but relative quote and example of the term. All content was to be kept in line with the concept. My concept was light bulbs and shining a light on the terms. In my examples, I used references to various light bulb history. All imagery was to be made out of type with the exclusion of shadows and/or grayscale use.
